About Kaastu training

Kaastu training provides increasing muscle hypertrophy and promotes lipolysis (breaking down body fat) in short time. The reason why the physiological changes occur in short time, includes a significant rise in growth hormone released by the training. Kaatsu training stimulates pituitary gland where placed at the base of the brain; as a result, the gland releases growth hormone that stimulates growth, cell reproduction and regeneration, breaking down lipid in humans.

Kaatsu training applies vascular occlusion by restricting blood flow to target muscle groups. Kaatsu training involves applying a licensed tight belt to the proximal portion of the target limb in order to partially restrict blood flow for the duration of a low intensity exercise session. Kaatsu training does not require a high intensity exercise to achieve the effect of the training.

This Kaastu, occlusion training as an easy method, is very popular in Japan for those who would like to shape the body up in a short period due to being busy.

And, Kaastu training is also applicable for those who are unable to sustain high loads due to joint pain, postoperative patients, cardiac rehabilitation, athletes who are unloading, and astronauts
